How does the free 14-days work?
It is simply a try 14-days for free trial without no long term commitment. It is a full Bronze project. After 14-days your account will be terminated if you do not want to upgrade your account to one of our paid products. No invoicing will occur until/if you eventually upgrade to a paid product.
The 14-day trial will be a request service initially, but we will open up for all to use as soon as possible. You will find the request form here.
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
Yes, if you are on a monthly subscription plan you can unsubscribe at any time. If you are on yearly plan you can only unsubscribe once a year (but you will get a better deal).
Can I upgrade at anytime?
Yes you can always upgrade. When you purchase a new product you will be prompted with an option to upgrade your existing projects to the new product. Downgrade is not available.
Is there any pay-per-user fee?
You have unlimited users included in all products. No additional cost per user.
What payment options are available?
You will be prompted with two alternatives. Either you pay a monthly subscription or pay via invoicing. The yearly plans comes with a better price than the monthly subscriptions. Invoicing for the Bronze product will be quarterly.

Can I export the data?
Yes, all the data we have on your project will be available for export at any time you like. That is a feature included in all products. We believe that information should be free to transport and use. (available soon)
Is there an API?
Yes, all Gold customers will have access to our API. The API will help our customers to integrate the data from Silverbakk Briefing Room into other products or webpages. It is your data so it is all up to you what you want to do with it. (available soon)
